All Botsy wall-drawing robots are proudly manufactured in Florida, USA.

Domestic Shipping Policy 

We offer free standard shipping within the continental U.S. and Canada via FedEx Ground Shipping. For expedited shipping, please contact us.

International Shipping Policy

We do not offer free shipping outside the United States. Any fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, VAT, taxes, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility. Please contact us for more details.

Return & Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds once your order has shipped. Before shipping, each Botsy is tested, and all shipments come with damage insurance.

We are not responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. If your order is damaged during shipping, please file a claim with the shipping company. Be sure to take photos, save all packaging, and keep the damaged parts before filing your claim. Send us the images so we can assist in replacing the damaged parts.

Starting in 2022, all Botsy wall-drawing robots come with a one-year limited warranty, an upgrade from the previous 6-month coverage.
