BOTSY, a Wall Drawing Robot
Our team was drawn together by shared interests in technology and art. We want to provide mural artists, woodworkers, and do-it-yourselfers the tools they need to get more work done in less time and express their artistic vision with a larger audience.
Our early products, Botsy and BotsyART, allow you to easily draw large, accurate outlines. Botsy is a modern drawing tool for wall art automation that was created exclusively for artists.
BotsyART is a lightweight toolkit that can be taken anywhere. It comes with a simple drawing machine, a carrying case, sleeves to protect the long parts, and everything else you need to start sketching on the wall. It can be used in your studio or carried with you wherever you work.
BotsyART is built around a simple 2-axis CNC machine or vertical pen plotter, which enables artists to automate wall drawing. Using the drawing machine, you may enlarge images, wall designs, wall decorations, chalkboard art, and murals and create their outlines on walls. BotsyART transfers images and designs in large formats quickly and accurately.
Because of our patented design, you can quickly install or remove the drawing machine without causing any harm to the wall or requiring any extra tools. When the artwork is completed, the hangers are easily removed with no damage, nail holes, or cracked plaster.
With the wall drawing robot, you can spend more time designing and less time outlining.

Founding Story
Liza Kholodkova founded Botsy. She’d always wanted to merge her two life passions: painting and engineering. After graduating from the University of Florida with degrees in Mechanical and Aerospace engineering, she chose to pursue the American dream and create her own business.
Liza decided to use her engineering and product design skills to solve a problem she came across while painting murals. Outlining a large mural took a long time and was a difficult task. Painting and designing a mural is more enjoyable than drafting an outline. Botsy, the wall-drawing robot, was born.
