Please allow 2-3 weeks for manufacturing plus additional days in transit for delivery. We manufacture Botsy wall drawing robots in Stuart, Florida.

We offer free standard shipping within the continental U.S and Canada. We use FedEx Ground Shipping.

International Shipping Policy

We do not offer free shipping outside the United States.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, VAT, taxes, etc.).

Return & Refund Policy

At this time, we do not offer money-back after your order ships. Each Botsy is tested before shipping, and each shipping order includes damage insurance. The wall drawing robots come with One-Year Limited Warranty starting from the year 2022.

We expanded the wall drawing robot warranty from six months to one year beginning in 2022.
